Job Summary:
Perform a variety of manual tasks in cleaning, assembling, unpacking, wrapping, boxing and inspection of parts in accordance with standard procedures and techniques. Position may require the use of various assembly tools such as staple gun, tape measure, glue gun and others. The assembler will one and/or several tasks in any area of the assembly lines. This individual must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions and may be required to use sound judgment in resolving daily problems. The assembler will work as a team member to maintain optimum output. This person will develop assembling skills and focus efforts in ensuring the line's objectives are met for Safety, Quality, Efficiency, and Productivity.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Packaging phase, which consists of boxing, etc
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment and work area.
- Review work assignments with team members and supervisor to ensure all materials, supplies and components are available and in good condition.
- Ensure the tasks that are being performed meet quality and productivity standards.
- Work according to the Employee Guidelines, which include all safety rules and report any unsafe conditions to supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:
- Operation of hand and power tools
- Continual walking, standing, reaching, pushing, gripping, and handling.
- Use of hands to include grasping both firm and light.
- Occasional lifting, pushing and/or pulling over 50 lbs.
Environmental Factors:
- Work in non-climate-controlled conditions.
- Work around moving objects.
- Exposure to hot/cold temperatures based on outside condition
