This is a hands-on manufacturing role involving small-part assembly, visual inspection, rework, packaging, and basic product testing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable performing repetitive tasks, and able to work with hand tools and magnification equipment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform visual inspection and rework of products based on established procedures. Perform repetitive hand and wrist movements to manually assemble small parts using hand tools, fixtures, and equipment. Perform assembly and inspection tasks with the assistance of microscopes or magnification tools. Perform functional product testing as required. Inspect products for defects such as splits, flash, loose debris, and other quality issues. Accurately document the quantity of parts inspected. Weigh, count, package, and label finished products. Perform simple, repetitive production tasks, typically involving a single-step process. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow established procedures, quality requirements, and safety guidelines. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. 0-6 months of experience preferred; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Previous manufacturing, assembly, inspection, or production experience is a plus but not required. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to work in a clean room manufacturing environment. Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during the shift. Ability to repetitively move and lift objects weighing up to 20 lbs. Ability to perform visual inspections with and without magnification tools. Ability to work with solvents, glue, and/or solder as required. Work Environment This position operates in a clean room environment. The role requires extended periods of sitting or standing. The position involves repetitive hand and wrist movements and detailed visual inspection. Employees may work with small components, magnification equipment, solvents, glue, and solder.

$16.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
