Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with assembly processes. This role is crucial for ensuring that products are assembled accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Responsibilities Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment effectively during the assembly process. Operate forklifts safely to transport materials within the warehouse or factory setting. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals. Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Fabricate parts as needed, demonstrating proficiency in various assembly techniques. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process. Experience Previous experience in an assembly role within a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools is essential. Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is advantageous. Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills are required. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided.
