09/23/2026 Job Description Job Description Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent Air manufacturer in, Natural Bridge, VA area, is seeking assemblers to join their team. This facility is offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401k, personal time, vacation and profit sharing.

Job Summary:

Material Handler $21.60per hour 2nd Shift 3pm -11:30pm Monday- Friday with overtime when needed Utilizing prints, work instructions, and wiring diagrams to assemble units Assembles units on moving conveyors with various part sizes to include panels of sheet metal, fans, motors & wiring. Use various manual and powered hand tools to assemble units, cut, fit and insulate water piping Must keep up w/pace of line and recording of time Cutting wire, attaching terminals, sawing, deburring aluminum tubing and building power assemblies Operate overhead hoists, manual hand trucks and powered industrial trucks

Assembler Qualifications:

Be able to bend, stoop, push, pull, stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to read blueprints Requires reading, writing, adding, subtracting, ability to operate powered industrial trucks and manual hand trucks and follow instructions. Must have good work history in a factory, good attendance and good attitude. Background-clean Clean Drug Screen Steel toe footwear High School Diploma or equivalent required (must bring in) Why Peoplelink?
