In this role, you will assemble small components and products with a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced but supportive environment. This is a temporary to a permanent position. You will have the possibility of being made permanent after a 90-day trial period. Key Responsibilities Assemble small parts and finished products with precision Follow detailed written and verbal instructions Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency Operate basic automated production equipment as needed (training provided) Maintain a clean and organized work area Adapt to changing production needs and priorities Qualifications Strong hand dexterity and fine motor skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality Good vision, including the ability to distinguish colors Ability to follow instructions in English (written and verbal) Comfortable performing repetitive tasks Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
