Position:
Welder & Assembly Technician Location:
Auburn, WA (In-Person)
Pay:
$23-$28/hour
DOE Schedule:
Day Shift ( Monday-Friday)
Who We Are:
A long-established manufacturing company specializing in road maintenance equipment is seeking a skilled Welder / Assembly Technician to join its production team.
What You'll Do:
Assemble high-quality products using technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions. Perform full machine assembly . Complete MIG welding , cutting, and fabrication tasks. Use hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and accurately. Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications. Troubleshoot assembly issues and work collaboratively with the production team. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. What's In It for

Have:
3-5 years of MIG welding experience Experience with welding, cutting, and full machine assembly Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions Experience using hand tools, power tools, and light machinery Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Experience performing quality inspections Ability to work effectively in a team environment Knowledge of workplace safety procedures Fabrication experience Must love dogs!
The Musts:
3-5 years of MIG welding experience Full machine assembly experience Fabrication experience Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong safety awareness and quality focus
Preferred:
Mechanical assembly experience , including plumbing and wiring
