Employee discount Application Question(s): Battery installs require safely lifting 80-140 lbs and working outdoors in all weather. How do you stay physically prepared for this kind of work? Let's say the weather isn't ideal—light rain, cold temps, or a very hot day—but you still have a job scheduled. How do you prepare mentally and physically to get the work done safely and efficiently? This role involves frequent long-distance driving and travel across multiple states, with a flexible schedule that's built around customer appointments. Can you share your experience with long-distance driving or travel-based work, and how you feel about managing a schedule that changes from day to day? Some installations require an overnight stay due to distance or scheduling. Can you tell us how you feel about overnight travel for work, and whether you've had experience staying overnight on the job before? This role requires managing your own schedule, keeping track of inventory, and documenting every install. How do you stay organized and accountable when you're working solo? We're currently hiring for part-time weekend/afternoon availability. However, there is high potential for this role to move into full time capacity as we move into 2027. What does your ideal work schedule look like? Please let us know your availability (e.g., full-time, part-time, weekends only, open availability), and feel free to include any preferences or limitations we should be aware of.
