Hours:
11:00pm-7:00am QPS Employment Group is hiring an Assembler for a company in Germantown, WI. This is a potential to hire opportunity on 3rd shift. Assembler Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assemble LED lighting components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and engineering specifications
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality
- Follow standardized work procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or process concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Assembler Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Previous retail or fast-food restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and basic technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent use of hands for assembling small components
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed
- Good vision (with or without correction) for detailed assembly work
- Manufacturing/production floor environment
- Exposure to light machinery and assembly equipment
