We're looking for a hands-on Fabrication Leadman who still enjoys welding and building but is ready to lead and mentor a small team. What You'll Do Lead a team of fabricators and welders Stay hands-on with welding and fabrication work Read blueprints and help keep projects on track Mentor and train newer employees Help maintain quality and shop efficiency What We're Looking For Strong fabrication and welding experience Ability to read prints Leadership mindset and positive attitude Pride in quality work This is a working lead position — not a desk job.
