Assembler Wage:
$19.00- $21.
Shift:
1st, 2nd or 3rdHours:
6:00am- 2:00pm, 2:00pm
- 10:00pm or 10:00pm

Assembler Responsibilities:
- Assembling trusses by accurately placing components on production tables and securing them with metal reinforcement plates using hammers and pneumatic tools
- Verifying dimensions of pre-cut parts and completed assemblies using rulers, gauges, and reference documentation
- Ensuring proper placement of stops and guides on production tables to maintain assembly accuracy
- Applying appropriate tags, labels, and documentation to finished products
- Operating and monitor roller conveyor lines and stackers to guide trusses safely through the production area
- Assisting in banding and securing finished trusses for shipment, verifying that bundles are stable and compliant with instructions
- Moving and positioning lumber carts according to production line needs and assist forklift operators during the off-loading process
- Checking and signing off on emergency stop functionality and safety checklists at the start of each shift
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment, strictly following safety procedures and protocols
- Reviewing production paperwork to ensure correct sheathing, nailing, and banding specifications are met
- Monitoring workflow to prevent jams or misaligned products; adjust as needed
- Safely operating forklifts to move, load, and off-load trusses and materials as required
- Operating saws and related equipment to cut lumber to precise measurements for assembly Requirements for
Assembler:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous forklift experience or willingness to learn
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in hot, cold and variable weather conditions for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the shift
- Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active and repetitive working environment
- Knowledge of hand and power tools preferred
