Job Description Position Title:
Assembler Wage:
$18.00- $20.
Shift:
1st or 2ndHours:
5:30am- 4:30pm or 4:00pm
- 3:00am Join a dynamic manufacturing team in Stoughton, WI as an Assembler where you'll contribute to the efficient assembly of trailer components.
Assembler Responsibilities:
- Operate various hand and power tools including drills, rivet guns, impact wrenches, grinders, and tape measures to assemble trailer parts
- Prepare and clean metal surfaces using solvents and other specified methods
- Caulk seams and joints on trailer components to ensure quality seals
- Drill through aluminum, steel, and wood materials as needed according to blueprints
- Assemble sub-assemblies such as hoses, axles, wiring harnesses, and door
- Position and fasten parts using bolts, screws, rivets, or other fasteners
- Measure and mark layouts based on blueprints for precise assembly
- Operate overhead cranes, hoists, and forklifts after proper training
- Follow GMPs and safety protocols consistently throughout shift
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Requirements for
Assembler:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently with team assistance
- Ability to stand, walk, twist, turn, push, and pull for the duration of the shift
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Basic math skills and the ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English
- Willingness to work on second shift, totaling 40 hours per week
