Summary This position is a hands-on role focused on assembling high-quality archery products, with opportunities to support production and shipping operations as needed. If you like working with your hands and staying active, variety in your workday, stability, and room to grow, this is a role for you.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary FocusAssembly:
- Assemble crossbows and archery components using hand tools
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure proper fit, function, and quality
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining high accuracy
- Conduct in-process quality checks to meet company standards
- Meet daily production and quality goals Secondary Support
Production & Shipping:
- Assist with production of archery targets and related products
- Help pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Use scan guns and labels to ensure order accuracy
- Support material movement and general workflow as needed
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of one-year experience in manufacturing, industrial, or related background preferred but not required Ability to effectively work with othersPhysical & Work Requirements:
- Stand for 8-10 hours per shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly; push/pull up to 75 lbs as needed
- Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Overtime may be required
