Summary This position is a hands-on role focused on assembling high-quality archery products, with opportunities to support production and shipping operations as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary Focus

• Assembly:

• Assemble crossbows and archery components using hand tools
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure proper fit, function, and quality
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining high accuracy
• Conduct in-process quality checks to meet company standards
• Meet daily production and quality goals Secondary Support

• Production & Shipping:

• Assist with production of archery targets and related products
• Help pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Use scan guns and labels to ensure order accuracy
• Support material movement and general workflow as needed

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of one-year experience in manufacturing, industrial, or related background preferred but not required Ability to effectively work with others

Physical & Work Requirements:

• Stand for 8-10 hours per shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly; push/pull up to 75 lbs as needed
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Overtime may be required
