Job Description
Ensure safe food handling practices and regulatory compliance is maintained while producing quality products.
Staff, train, coach, and lead the management team.
Control costs and manage resources within established budgets and goals.
Establish and maintain strong, positive working relationship with UDSA staff, vendors, and customers.
Ensure preparation and execution of customer, corporate and third-party audits.
Meet and exceed Company objectives as measured by the Operational Plan.
Ensure maintenance of facility and grounds in accordance with company standards.
Perform all other relevant duties as assigned. Bachelor Degree in Poultry Science, Business Management, Animal Science, or other closely related field of study required (relevant experience may be considered as a substitute for education).
7+ years management experience within the food manufacturing industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skill.
Highly proficient technology, computer, math and analytical skills.
