Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. Job Description This role is in support of Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (DS) Enhanced Production and Integration Center. The role will have Management responsibilities for the production line assembly for one or more contracts. This role will be responsible for daily operations of a team or work unit (direct supervision of the staff, assignment of work, schedules, day to day workflow, and operating costs). Provides direction to subordinates using established policies and precedents. Direct Work Involvement Monitors work operations of hourly employees on a daily basis and actively assists or provides direction to subordinates as required. Basic Qualifications

• Prior exposure to manufacturing on DoD contracts
• Knowledge of the Lean Manufacturing production method
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
• Strong communication (both verbal and written)
• Bachelors and 5 years of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or production environment or 4 years in lieu of a degree Preferred Qualifications
• Experience/knowledge of working within AS6500 Manufacturing Management Program standard
• Experience performing RCCA analysis in a manufacturing environment
• Basic data‑analysis ability (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)

Primary Level Salary Range:

$95,400.00 - $143,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
