Position:
Plant Manager Manufacturing We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead a multi-shift manufacturing operation of approximately 150 employees. This position will provide strategic and hands-on leadership across production, engineering, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and logistics while driving safety, operational excellence, employee development, and financial performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven manufacturing leader who enjoys developing teams, improving processes, and leading a facility through continued growth and operational improvement. !! Highland, AR Key Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership for plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, production, on-time delivery, and financial objectives are consistently achieved. Monitor plant performance through KPIs and operational metrics while driving Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, waste reduction, and cost-efficiency initiatives . Lead and develop a high-performing management team through workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, employee engagement, and accountability. Partner with engineering, supply chain, procurement, commercial, and other functions to align production capacity, resources, and priorities with business and customer needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field , or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 7+ years of progressive manufacturing experience , including demonstrated success leading plant operations, safety, quality, and financial performance. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, production planning, and ERP/MRP systems , with a proven ability to drive measurable operational improvements. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, financial, and change-management skills, with the ability to build effective teams and influence at all levels of an organization.
Preferred:
MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience managing a multi-shift manufacturing operation and developing a strong leadership succession pipeline. We are actively speaking with qualified candidates for this essential role and would like to hear from you today!
