The project manager works with the company's customers directly to assess and help meet their needs. In addition, the project manager has responsibilities in the direct manufacturing facility. They ensure that safety guidelines are met and any potential risks are eliminated.

Primary Duties Oversee operational tasks for specific programs and collaborate within multidisciplinary groups. Create and organize manufacturing strategies, timelines, and implementation tactics. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing departments to ensure production goals are achieved. Track output metrics, material availability, capacity, quality standards, and delivery timelines to help maintain consistent operational flow. Formulate mitigation strategies and corrective measures to help ensure project timelines remain on track. Assist with forecasting, program evaluations, and production capacity planning. Facilitate the transition of new products into the manufacturing phase and support readiness initiatives. Required Background Background in factory execution, production, or manufacturing operations. Proven ability in managing production execution and planning. Demonstrated success in facilitating communication between Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Program Management teams. Proficiency in problem-solving, risk mitigation, and implementing corrective actions to ensure project success. Comprehensive knowledge of delivery requirements, cost, quality, materials, and capacity constraints. Professional experience within intricate manufacturing settings. Familiarity with
NPI, ERP/MRP
platforms, IPTs, forecasting, or capacity planning is considered an advantage.
