Type:

full-time Ainsley Search Group is hiring a Manufacturing Program Manager with experience managing engineering projects to join a Global Manufacturer based in Pima County. This Project Manager will work with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure the on-time execution and delivery of DoD engineering projects, define manufacturing project roadmap, punch list, lead gate check and address bottleneck and engineering change requests, achieve on time project execution while control cost, reduce waste and ensure quality compliance.

Qualifications:

Report to Program Management Director and plan, prioritize, execute multiple DoD projects with integrated project team, ensure resources such as manpower, equipment, materials are properly planned to further meet delivery deadlines, address any changes of project directions to all stakeholders in a timely manner. Act as POC with customers, timely update customer on all projects' activities, bottlenecks, changes, address and resolve customers complains and inquiries and support sales and product manager on customer account management and new sales development. Manage budget, and cost control on all assigned projects, oversee inventory control, cost management, resource planning, letter of credit management and quality compliance to ensure projects progressions meet customer expectations and deadlines. Collaborate with trade and contract compliances on government contract management, ensure compliance on regulations such as ITAR, EAR, etc. Develop performance index management to manage and monitor project performance, progress, identify any potential risks, quality issues, delays, lead investigations as needed to identify root causes and drive CAPA with integrated project teams to resolve recurring issues. Conduct data analysis on all projects' activities such as materials, manpower, quality, compliance, deliveries, address bottlenecks and opportunity of improvement to management and all stakeholders. Engaged in planning, scheduling on all assigned projects, properly prioritize assigned projects to ensure on time deliveries to customers.

Qualifications:
