Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily production activities to meet schedule, quality, and output targets.
- Manage supervisors, team leaders, and production associates as assigned.
- Develop, implement and monitor production performance matrix, KPIs and drive corrective actions when performance is off target.
- Coach and develop supervisors and team members to build a strong performance culture.
- Coordinate labor, materials, and workflow to support efficient operations.
- Track production performance and address issues impacting safety, quality, delivery, or cost.
- Partner with Quality and supply chain to support business objectives.
- Support standard work, lean practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with maintenance, quality, and planning teams to resolve production issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and work instructions.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to improve capability and engagement.
- Support inventory accuracy, material flow, and production readiness.
- Drive accountability, problem solving, and operational discipline on the floor.
- Lean problem-solving efforts and implement sustainable countermeasures. Annual salary is $85-95k/year. Apply now!
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production leadership.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Working knowledge of production processes, safety, and quality standards.
- Ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of lean principles, production metrics, establishing KPI's, 5S and process improvement.
