Typical Duties:
Serves Students. Provides leadership, guidance, and support for all tasks and activities related to the development and delivery of the Manufacturing Program and Future 48 Workforce Accelerator, courses, and summer camp content. Works closely with the Southwest Technical Education District of Yuma (STEDY). Assists STEDY with recruiting new students into the Manufacturing Program. Encourages and promotes the highest quality of instruction and student learning experience, which includes working closely to be the direct link between college-related technical instruction and business industry partners. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a workforce-related field and two years of experience working in a technical field Or Associate's degree in a Workforce-related field and four years of experience working in a technical field Preferred, but not required: Experience in secondary and/or community college career technical education programs as a faculty, coordinator, or director Dual credit experience as a faculty, coordinator, or director working With a CTED and/or high school districts for articulation and program coordination Experience providing service at the local and state-level advisory board Current or past NCCER-certified instructor
Salary:
$69,225- $73,378 per year, depending on experience.
