Key Responsibilities Establishes and maintains effective manufacturing and engineering processes. Administers company policies that directly affect subordinate employees. Under direct supervision, oversees the design and plan layout of the manufacturing/engineering process. Provides supervision to subordinates to aid in daily problem solving. Provides guidance to Engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques. Oversees the arrangement of machines within plant facilities to ensure the most efficient and productive layout. Ensures that all engineering work is documented, lab/engineering notebooks are maintained, and all Company policies are enforced with regard to proprietary information, patents, technology development and confidentiality.
