Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will lead production teams, optimize processes, and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This role requires a strong background in manufacturing management, supply chain coordination, and process improvement initiatives to drive continuous growth and operational excellence. Duties Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies. Oversee plant management activities, including safety compliance, equipment maintenance, and workflow optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product assembly, quality control, and process enhancements. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations management and implement corrective actions as needed. Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork across all levels of the manufacturing process. Experience Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing, process improvement, and operations management. Mechanical knowledge related to plant equipment and assembly processes is advantageous. Experience with quality control practices and implementing continuous improvement strategies is essential. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
