Own production and directly influence company growth Drive plant performance and continuous improvement initiatives About Our Client Our client is a rapidly growing food manufacturer with operations supporting both branded and private-label products. Continued business growth has created the need for an experienced manufacturing leader to help strengthen production operations and build scalable processes. Job Description Lead daily production operations across multiple shifts Manage Production Supervisors and frontline manufacturing teams Monitor and improve KPIs including labor efficiency, waste, throughput, productivity, and schedule attainment Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Warehouse teams Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, quality, and regulatory standards Develop employee training and leadership development programs Support staffing, workforce planning, and operational execution during peak production periods MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Food manufacturing experience required Previous experience leading production teams and supervisors Strong understanding of production metrics and KPI management Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Knowledge of FIFO, traceability, GMPs, and food safety requirements Proven ability to improve efficiency while maintaining quality and safety standards What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual bonus.
