First Step Staffing is hiring an experienced Production Manager to lead production and operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This leadership position will oversee production management, manufacturing operations, personnel, safety, quality control, production scheduling, process improvement, and operational efficiency . We are looking for a hands-on manufacturing leader who can build strong teams, improve processes, develop operational systems, and drive safety, quality, productivity, and accountability. Job Duties Lead production operations, manufacturing processes, supervisors, and senior personnel to meet production, quality, safety, and performance goals. Manage production scheduling, workflow, staffing, productivity, KPIs, performance metrics, and operational efficiency . Develop and maintain quality control, quality assurance, food safety, GMP, HACCP, workplace safety, and compliance programs . Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, process improvement, lean manufacturing, waste reduction, workflow optimization, and increased production efficiency . Develop procedures, accountability systems, and operational standards that support consistent manufacturing performance and company growth . Requirements Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of leadership experience in production, operations, manufacturing, food manufacturing, or food processing. Proven experience with people management, team leadership, production management, process development, and operational improvement . Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced production and manufacturing environment . Preferred Experience Experience with food processing, food manufacturing, GMP, HACCP, quality assurance, quality control, safety compliance, production planning, production scheduling, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, process improvement, or operational excellence is strongly preferred. Knowledge of Filipino or other Asian languages or cultures is a plus.
