Position Summary This is a hands-on Production Manager position responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations and leading a team of approximately 20-30 production employees. Reporting to Casey Casasola, Operations & Human Resources, you will play a key role in driving production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, improving workflows, and supporting the continued growth of the business. Key Responsibilities

+ Supervise and lead the daily activities of approximately 20-30 production employees.

+ Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and delivery commitments are met.

+ Utilize Microsoft Excel to track production metrics and generate operational reports.

+ Maintain detailed production documentation, meeting notes, and follow-up action items.

+ Partner with experienced employees to document production techniques and standard operating procedures.

+ Develop and improve quality control procedures to ensure product compliance.

+ Resolve shipping, labeling, and product identification issues.

+ Evaluate employee strengths and optimize work assignments.

+ Identify employee training needs and support skill development.

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and workflow. Requirements

+ Manufacturing production management experience.

+ Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.

+ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

+ Experience with production scheduling, workflow optimization, quality control, and safety. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
