- Front-Line Manager to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clear direction, coaching, and day-to-day leadership to technicians and other production personnel in assembly and manufacturing areas. Ensure team members receive required training and prepare daily work plans in support of overall program objectives. Encourage and support employee career development, including educational options for highly motivated team members. Lead and support program initiatives, process improvement efforts, ensuring opportunities are systematically identified, pursued, and supported. Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Must have a high school diploma/GED AND 5 years of related professional/military experience in aerospace, automotive, military, manufacturing, maintenance and/or related environment Must have 1 year of prior management/leadership experience. Must have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance (US Citizenship required) as well as the ability to obtain and maintain Program Special Access. Must be willing to work on any of the following schedules: Monday- Thursday, 1st shift (5:00 am
- 3:30 pm) Monday
- Thursday, 2nd shift (4:12 pm
- 2:42 am) Friday
- Sunday
- 1st shift (5:00 am
- 3:30 pm) Friday
- Sunday, 2nd shift (3:00 pm
- 1:30 am)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Experience in an Aerospace Manufacturing environment Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management Experience with Microsoft Office includingWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Primary Level Salary Range:
$100,000.00- $150,000.
