In this role, you will directly manage and lead a dedicated team of hourly employees across production, warehousing, and order fulfillment. We are looking for a leader who built their career from the ground up—starting as a line operator before stepping into supervision—bringing authentic, practical credibility to troubleshooting lines, training staff, and maintaining strict food safety standards. Key Responsibilities Team & Floor Leadership
•
Team Management:
Directly supervise, train, and schedule your team of hourly employees across both production and warehousing functions, fostering a culture of accountability and safety.
•
Floor Operations:
Oversee daily activities on the manufacturing floor, ensuring production schedules and quotas are met efficiently.
•
Hands-On Troubleshooting:
Leverage your years of direct line experience to diagnose mechanical issues, adjust machinery, and guide your team through operational bottlenecks. Warehousing & Order Fulfillment
•
Inventory Control:
Oversee the receipt, storage, and staging of raw materials, conducting regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
•
Order Processing:
Manage the complete fulfillment cycle—including picking, packing, and staging outgoing shipments—to guarantee order accuracy and on-time delivery.
•
Warehouse Logistics:
Maintain a safe, organized warehouse layout and supervise the proper use of material handling equipment. Quality & Compliance

Food Safety Enforcement:
Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and sanitation protocols across all production and storage areas.
•
Quality Assurance:
Monitor active production runs and outbound shipments to ensure all products meet internal specifications and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications
• Career Foundation (Line Experience): Must possess actual, hands-on experience working directly on a manufacturing or production line as an operator or line worker before moving into a Managerial role.
•
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of total progressive experience in manufacturing environments, combining ground-level production work and Managerial responsibilities.
•
People Management:
Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and managing an hourly workforce.
•
Cross-Functional Skillset:
Proven background blending production line operations with warehousing, shipping, and inventory control.
•
Food Safety Knowledge:
Strong familiarity with food safety compliance, including
HACCP, FDA
guidelines, and facility sanitation. Preferred Qualifications
•
Language Skills:
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is highly preferred to effectively communicate with and lead your floor team.
•
Systems Knowledge:
Experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or digital inventory tracking software.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
