- Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio
- Supervise staff, instructors, and studio assistants
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional studio environment
- Coordinate member communications, customer service, and studio policies
- Manage inventory and supplies
- Help implement operational systems and improve studio workflows
- Address member concerns and support a positive studio culture
- Coordinate maintenance needs and ensure equipment and facilities remain operational Qualifications
- Previous management, operations, or administrative experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lead a team and manage responsibilities independently
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a creative, community-focused environment
- Ability to adapt in a growing startup-style studio setting
- Must be ok with physical labor and lifting 50lbs Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a community ceramics studio, educational program, or production environment
- Familiarity with kiln firing, glaze mixing, and clay studio safety
- Prior ceramics or pottery studio experience is a plus, but not required Position Details
- Full-time manager position/part-time tech positions
- Evening and weekend availability required
