Job Description

Production Manager.
Location:
Boynton Beach, FL (In-person).
Base Salary:
$50,000-$75,000 per year (depending on experience and performance).
Schedule:
Full-time | Monday-Friday | Day shift | Weekends off. Are you someone who likes having things organized, done right, and on time? Do you enjoy taking an idea and making sure the final product actually lives up to it? At Brilliance.com, we're looking for someone who can take ownership of our production process and keep everything running smoothly from start to finish. In this role, how something is made matters just as much as the final result.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full production process, from sample development to final delivery. Work closely with jewelers to create and improve samples, making sure quality standards are met. Manage production schedules, inventory needs, and pre-production planning. Check samples and finished pieces to make sure everything is correct before it moves forward. Coordinate with vendors on pricing, timelines, and expectations. Keep production documentation organized and up to date. Work with the Sales team to make sure production aligns with demand. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and production partners.
Requirements:
Experience in production management (jewelry industry preferred). Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities. Good English communication skills, both written and spoken. High attention to detail and a strong sense of quality. Problem-solver mindset and ability to adapt when things change. Experience with tech packs and production documentation.
