ProAmpac, a global leader in flexible packaging, is seeking a Manager to lead production operations at our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will oversee daily plant activities, ensuring a safety-first environment while meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets. You will manage staffing, schedules, and workflow; track KPIs; and drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and increase efficiency. Partnering with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams, you'll resolve issues quickly and support process innovation. You will coach and develop team members, fostering a collaborative culture focused on problem-solving and sustainable packaging solutions.
