Job Description
## Standard Job Description You will be the Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager for the Manufacturing Planning Team. Our team is responsible for driving inventory optimization, managing Make/Buy decisions, maintaining BOM integrity, and ensuring seamless material flow across the supply chain. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading the planning activities that support Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions and coordinating cross‑functional efforts to meet production schedules. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee Make/Buy decisions and BOM planning to align with production needs.
- Optimize material flow and inventory levels to minimize cost and meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations Management to develop and execute time‑phased plans.
- Maintain MRP parameters, lead times, and lot sizes while managing change requests.
- Lead, mentor, and develop subordinate staff, handling recruitment, performance assessments, and recognition.

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
$89100.00- $165500.
