## Standard Job Description You will be the Manufacturing Planner Manager for the Manufacturing Planning team. Our team is responsible for coordinating manufacturing planning, material management, and support activities to optimize production and inventory. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Planner Manager you will be responsible for leading planning operations, ensuring system integrity, and driving cost‑effective inventory strategies. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead manufacturing planning and MRP transactions across multiple functions.
  • Oversee make, buy, BOM planning and master production scheduling.
  • Drive inventory optimization and ensure production system integrity.
  • Manage warehousing, shipping, and material flow to minimize cost.
  • Supervise recruitment, training, performance assessment, and employee development.
## Basic Qualifications Must have a Secret Clearance and ability to obtain special access Bachelors degree or equivalent experience/combined education. Past experience in any of the following areas: Make/Buy/Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience in one area with an understanding of the other two. Leadership experience Proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs including SAP, Windchill, Apriso, Microsoft Office. Very good organizational skills, communication, and strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills. Posess knowledge of lean manufacturing, supply chain management, and/or Material Management and Accounting Systems (MMAS). ## Desired Skills Previous experience in large scale production rate ramps as well as exceptional change management expeirence and successes. Ability to work with multiple levels of management, industry, peers, and a represented workforce or business. Windchill and MPMlink experience along with previous working experience with engineering drawing and parts lists Understanding of material attributes and bill of material effectivity planning in relation to production scheduling practices. Inventory control and material handling knowledge, including familiarity with material requirements and receiving/warehouse/shipping areas of responsibility.

$109700.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
