Job Description:

MAU is hiring a Plant Manager for our client, aglobal leader in the finishing and processing of high-quality technical fibers to reinforce rubber products for the automotive, industrial, and oil and gas industries, in Mansfield, GA . As a Plant Manager , you will lead manufacturing operations by driving safety, quality, productivity, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while developing teams and aligning plant performance with company objectives. Oversee daily manufacturing processes to ensure operational performance aligns with company goals and customer expectations. Lead, develop, and mentor manufacturing teams to maximize performance and engagement. Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support global consistency in manufacturing processes and operational excellence. Represent the plant during customer visits and quality audits while ensuring customer expectations are met.
