Overview Our client, a leading global Tier 1 automotive supplier, is seeking a motivated Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations at their facility in the greater Augusta, GA area. With decades of experience in the automotive sector, this organization specializes in innovative, materials-driven solutions and continues to grow its global footprint. Why work here? This role provides the opportunity to make a direct impact on plant performance, customer satisfaction, and overall operational strategy while helping lead ongoing improvements across the facility. Responsibilities The Plant Manager will oversee all daily manufacturing operations and drive performance across production, quality, safety, cost, and efficiency initiatives: Lead and supervise all plant operations Maintain full P&L responsibility Drive operational performance improvements Review operational metrics and implement corrective actions Oversee production scheduling, shipping, receiving, and production control activities Establish plant standards, controls, budgets, and performance expectations Ensure adherence to plant safety policies, environmental regulations, and quality standards Coordinate with corporate leadership and sister facilities to ensure smooth operational alignment Participate in production planning and support new product launch activities Other duties as assigned Experience 5+ years of leadership experience within automotive manufacturing environments Injection molding or multi-process manufacturing experience is strongly preferred Previous Tier 1 automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred If you are interested in learning more, please apply to this posting.
