Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manufacturing Manager (Plant Manager) to lead our production operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient production schedules, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership will inspire teams to excel while optimizing manufacturing systems and supply chain processes. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional passionate about manufacturing excellence and operational excellence. Duties Lead and manage all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet company goals for ASME Pressure Vessel and Boiler sales in our 108 year old manufacturing company Coordinate quality control processes to ensure products meet strict ASME and Underwriter Laboratories standards and specifications. Coordinate cross-functional communication with supply chain teams, engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance to streamline operations. Implement and maintain production management systems to optimize workflow, reduce downtime, and improve overall plant productivity. Lead team development efforts by fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation within the manufacturing environment. Skills Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing setting with strong knowledge of manufacturing management systems. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in plant management to troubleshoot issues quickly and implement effective solutions. Demonstrated leadership in team management with excellent cross-functional communication skills. Ability to manage production scheduling efficiently while balancing supply chain constraints and operational demands.
