Requirements & Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily plant activities Train, manage, and provide feedback to employees Enforce food safety, personal safety, GMP, and HACCP standards Ensure production efficiencies, quality targets, and staffing requirements are met Prepare daily efficiency and production reports Verify HACCP documentation and monitor compliance Troubleshoot production and equipment issues; coordinate with maintenance Ensure accurate product identification, weighing, and warehousing Maintain complete and accurate production paperwork
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of food processing experience (meat industry required) USDA and HACCP experience required 5+ years prior experience supervising large plant teams Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications:
