A Production Plant Manager directs work and resources needed for a manufacturing production process. Plans and manages production work that meets cost, quality and quantity specifications for a company or project.

We are looking for a Plant Manager who is ready to take full ownership of a manufacturing facility and drive results across production, quality, safety, housekeeping, and cost control . This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who leads from the floor, develops people, solves problems, and holds themselves and their team accountable. You will set the standard for the facility and create an environment where people know what is expected, have the tools to succeed, and are held accountable for delivering results. What You'll Own As Plant Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation and performance of the facility. Lead the plant to achieve production goals and performance standards established by company SOPs. Maintain high standards for safety, quality, housekeeping, and productivity . Manage operating expenses and plant performance against budget. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen operational performance. Lead, coach, develop, and hold employees and supervisors accountable for results. Maintain clear and consistent communication across all levels of the organization. Ensure employees receive appropriate safety training and properly use required PPE and safety equipment. Enforce all safety policies, procedures, and SOPs consistently. Ensure all workplace incidents, including those involving injuries, property damage, or near misses, are promptly reported and properly investigated. Monitor product quality and drive corrective action when standards are not met. Maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper inventory controls are followed. Work closely with customers to build strong relationships, address concerns, and resolve issues quickly. Identify operational problems early and take decisive action to keep the plant moving forward. The ideal candidate will have:
High School Diploma or GED preferred. 2-4 years of manufacturing, production, or operations experience. Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and employee development. The ability to hold employees accountable while building a positive and productive work environment.
