Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, safety, and maintenance Increase production, develop and implement operational strategies to meet production goals, quality standards, and cost targets Lead, motivate, and manage plant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports for senior management Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and other departments to optimize workflow and resource utilization Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee procurement activities
Skills and Qualifications:
