Position Summary The Production Manager is responsible for Site production performance with respect to HS&E, on-time delivery, production cost and quality and adherence to the production plan. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day production operations . Plan production to ensure delivery of products on time, to quality and cost Ensure effective utilization of production resources and drive productivity improvements Manage staff selection , performance and development to ensure requisite competencies and capabilities Update and Maintain necessary records/ documents of production work performed including the defined DLA board, ensuring items are escalated as appropriate Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with relevant legislation and Company requirements

hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources

Indirect Reports:

may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
