Unitas Consulting is seeking a Plant Manager for a Shreveport based client in the manufacturing industry. This is a growth opportunity, in a fast-moving manufacturing environment where the plant you run today needs to be ready to scale tomorrow. In this role, you'll take full leadership of the site's core operations - packaging, blending, quality control, maintenance, and warehouse ovesight - turning all five functions into one aligned, high-performing operation. This role will create operational discipline that turns good intentions into consistent results.
What You'll Own:
Grow leadership capability across various departments Leading plant operations through production, cost management, efficiency, and schedule delivery Partnering with Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, and Procurement to keep production, demand, and material aligned Manage staffing and capacity for growth Lead the Preventative and Reliability Maintenance Program Partner with QC leadership and safety to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory requirements are met Drive Lean thinking, process optimization, and data driven decision making
What You Bring:
8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field ERP/IFS experience If you are leader who's energized by data, driven by accountability, and genuinely good at developing people, we want to talk to you!
