Job Description Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including fabrication, assembly, inventory, shipping, receiving, and material flow. Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and production employees. Monitor production schedules, labor utilization, equipment performance, and plant efficiency. Ensure quality standards, production goals, and customer delivery commitments are consistently achieved. Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, sales, and company leadership to support business objectives. Enforce OSHA regulations, workplace safety standards, and company policies. Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, throughput, cost reduction, and waste elimination. Analyze production data and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance. Oversee inventory accuracy, material planning, and shipping operations. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and capital equipment planning. Foster a safe, organized, and high-performing manufacturing environment. Qualifications 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, metal fabrication, or industrial production. Experience managing supervisors, production teams, and plant operations. Strong knowledge of manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, and material flow processes. Experience with production scheduling and ERP/MRP systems. Demonstrated success improving productivity, quality, safety, or operational efficiency. Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and manufacturing safety practices. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred. Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, metal fabrication, welding, stamping, or coil processing experience preferred.
