Central Michigan A growing food and beverage manufacturer is looking for a Production Manager to help lead operations at a facility in Central Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity to join a site that recently underwent a transformation and is focused on building a high-performance, customer-driven culture.

What You'll Lead:

Report directly to the Plant Manager Lead supervisors and approximately 80 production employees Drive safety, quality, productivity, and daily operational execution Build accountability, urgency, and strong floor leadership Partner with maintenance, quality, and sanitation to maximize performance About the

Facility:

Non-union environment Food and beverage manufacturing Two production lines Modernized equipment

Ideal Background:

Food and beverage manufacturing experience strongly preferred Experience leading large, retail-focused manufacturing operations with a strong sense of urgency and customer focus Proven success developing teams and driving operational excellence in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
