Description Overview Leads, manages, and is accountable for the Manufacturing and Packaging operations at the Holland site, empowering team members to deliver high-quality, cost-competitive products through the Perrigo Work System (PWS), while fostering a culture of 100% engagement, continuous improvement, and a zero-loss mindset.

Scope of the Role 70% Strategic Leadership & Continuous Improvement Drive continuous improvement across the Holland Manufacturing and Packaging operations through strong business partnership and operational leadership. Lead a matrixed organization of 150-500 employees, with accountability for all SQCPDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Productivity, Delivery, and People) key performance indicators and site improvement initiatives. Foster a culture of 100% employee engagement, ensuring ownership, accountability, and decision-making at the appropriate levels throughout the organization. Establish, support, and ensure execution of Perrigo Work System (PWS) pillar objectives through effective cross-functional collaboration. Develop organizational capability through training, coaching, talent development, performance management, and succession planning. Create and execute a robust project governance process to ensure operational cost, productivity, and production objectives are achieved. Influence and drive plant-wide operational performance and strategic priorities to deliver fiscal year objectives. 30% Operational Execution Lead execution of Manufacturing and Packaging operations through direct and indirect leadership of production teams and matrixed support functions. Implement and govern operational standards that support Production Managers and cross-functional partners in achieving site objectives. Provide leadership and escalation management for people, process, equipment, and asset-related issues. Ensure work systems are executed as designed through consistent coaching, teaching, mentoring, and performance management. Drive daily operational coordination and communication across production, maintenance, and workforce planning activities. Lead standardized Gemba activities focused on Safety, Quality, Process, and People to identify improvement opportunities and reinforce operational excellence. Coach and develop 5-12 direct reports through a servant leadership approach, removing barriers, building capability, and fostering effective cross-functional collaboration across all levels of the organization. Experience Required Minimum of 2 years management experience, and 6 or more years' experience in a productionenvironment, preferably cGMP Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand and interpret operating data such as budget, safetyor inspection reports. Effective communication skills, including demonstrated leadership ability and well developed oral andwritten communication skills.
