Full-Time Job Summary As the logistics leader of an automotive parts plant, responsible for end-to end supply chain operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory control. Requires expertise in automotive logistics standards (MMOG/LE), international freight (air/ocean), and bilingual (English/Mandarin) skills to drive cost efficiency, JIT delivery, and cross-functional collaboration in a global supply chain environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Supply Chain Planning
  • Develop logistics strategies to optimize inventory turnover and align MRP-driven supplier schedules. 2. Warehouse Management
  • Implement WMS/AGV systems to improve picking accuracy (≥99.5%) and 5S standards. 3. Transportation & Compliance
  • Negotiate 3PL contracts, manage customs clearance (HTS codes), and achieve OTD≥98%. 4. Cost & Analytics
  • Analyze logistics spend and set annual cost-saving targets (e.g., 5% freight reduction). 5. Risk Management
  • Mitigate risks (port delays, geopolitical) through contingency plans (nearshoring, multi-modal transport). 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with procurement and sales to streamline S&OP processes and support new product launches. Qualifications
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Experience:
    5+ years in manufacturing logistics; automotive JIT/VMI expertise required.

Certifications:
APICS CSCP, Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
Skills:
  • Proficient in SAP, TMS, Power BI; bilingual for global coordination;
  • Knowledge of
INCOTERMS
2020 and AIAG logistics standards.
  • Fluent in English, and those with the ability to speak Spanish and Chinese are preferred.
  • Attributes:
    Results-driven, adaptable to high-pressure logistics scenarios. Additional Information
