Production Manager Direct Hire | Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations and drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily production operations. Supervise, coach, and develop production employees and leadership teams. Monitor production schedules, staffing, quality, and productivity. Ensure production goals and customer requirements are consistently met. Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall performance. Work closely with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and other departments to resolve production issues. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies. Analyze production metrics and implement corrective actions when needed. Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. Maintain strong communication between management and production teams. Qualifications Previous Production Management or Manufacturing Leadership experience. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Experience managing production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet production deadlines. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or similar methodologies preferred. Interested?
