Partner with management, engineering, and production staff to provide cost estimates for non-standard project opportunities. Required Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Engineering is mandatory, with a preference for PMI certification. Minimum of six years of experience in project management within the construction or manufacturing industries, ideally in structural steel or related fields at a small-to-mid-sized firm. Proven ability to manage the successful delivery of several construction projects at once. Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting complex schematics and blueprints. Practical experience overseeing fabrication workflows and processes. Competency in Microsoft Office and previous experience with ERP software, with Global Shop Solutions being an advantage. Excellent communication abilities to foster productive relationships with internal staff, subcontractors, and clients.
