Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Night Shift Manager to lead our manufacturing operations during overnight hours. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all production activities during the night shift, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards. Manage production scheduling and planning using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as

SAP, MRP

(Material Requirements Planning), and other manufacturing management tools. Monitor real-time operations through manufacturing management systems, analyzing data in Excel for insights into process performance and supply chain analytics. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and process improvement techniques to enhance operational efficiency. Oversee quality control processes to maintain high product standards while minimizing waste and rework. Foster cross-functional communication among teams including assembly, supply chain, maintenance, and quality assurance to ensure seamless operations. Implement lean management principles to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve overall plant performance. Lead team development by providing coaching, training, and motivation during the night shift to ensure high engagement and safety compliance. Experience Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of supply chain management and operations management. Demonstrated expertise in using SAP or similar ERP systems along with manufacturing management systems for scheduling, planning, and data analysis. Strong background in process improvement methodologies such as Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma. Familiarity with production scheduling tools like MRP systems and Excel data analysis techniques for operational insights. Prior leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced plant setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations applicable to manufacturing environments is essential.
