A Manufacturing Project Manager maintains relations between the manufacturing company and the clients to which it sells and distributes. They manage a variety of accounts and projects; they also assess new build plans, assess various procedures in the production process, and maintain an open line of communication with vendors and clients. The project manager works with the company's customers directly to assess and help meet their needs. In addition, the project manager has responsibilities in the direct manufacturing facility. They ensure that safety guidelines are met and any potential risks are eliminated.

- Associate's degree and 3 or more years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, and work instructions
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting defense and/or aerospace customers
- Experience with 3D model-based instruction

- Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions, and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration
- Establishes manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives
- Integrates suppliers, processes, materials, data, and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements
- Reviews and approves supplier data to ensure manufacturing-related requirements are met
- Develops tooling requirements based on manufacturing and engineering requirements and manages tools from design through disposition
- Investigates and resolves manufacturing-related issues and performs producibility assessments for part or product designs
- Provides producibility input to design, manufacturing processes, and technologies to meet cost and schedule requirements
- Develops integrated work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments
- Drafts, updates, and reviews processes and procedures to support business and regulatory requirements
