Watertown, SD | Full-Time | Manufacturing Dakota Bodies is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our Fabrication Department. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring a safe work environment, driving production efficiency, and delivering high-quality products that meet customer and company standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, hands-on knowledge of fabrication processes, and a proven track record of developing teams in a manufacturing setting. You'll play a key role in maintaining smooth material flow, meeting production targets, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles.

- Lead and develop fabrication supervisors and production teams
- Ensure safety standards and quality requirements are consistently met

Qualifications:
