Production Manager

Role Description This is a part-time (growing into full-time), on-site role located in Stevensville, MT for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee and partake in daily production operations, ensure compliance with GMP standards, manage staff scheduling, production scheduling, managing supply chain logistics, inventory and managing receiving & ordering. Additional responsibilities include ensuring product quality standards, and fostering a culture of teamwork, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

While most of the job is computer based, it is important our production manager be hands on when needed - this will require you to be able to stand for multiple hours a day and lift up to 50lbs Must be Proficient with google drive, excel, spreadsheets, and computers. Some Knowledge of AI for efficiency is required.

Pay:

From $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
