Job Description

Miba Industrial Bearings U.S., a global leader in hydrodynamic bearing design and manufacturing, is seeking a 3rd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production operations at our Columbus, Nebraska facility. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement while leading and developing a high-performing manufacturing team. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. Coordinate daily production activities and ensure efficient shift performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles. Partner with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture focused on teamwork and customer satisfaction. Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and employee performance. Qualifications 2-year degree with a minimum with 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory or management experience. Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. SAP experience and machining knowledge (milling and turning) preferred. Ability to analyze data and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. US Citizenship or lawful permanent resident of the US is required. Why Join Miba? $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
